OpSo Terms of Use and Community Rules Version: 2026-08-20 Operator: OpSolid - Hasan Dönmez (Inhaber, Einzelunternehmen) Legal notice: https://card.opsolid.de/imprint Privacy policy: https://card.opsolid.de/privacy Contact: info@opsolid.de 1. Scope These terms govern the OpSo mobile application, digital card pages and related services. By creating an account or using OpSo, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected. 2. Account and permitted use - You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. - You are responsible for access to your email account, devices and active sessions. - You may not impersonate others, publish unlawful or infringing material, distribute malware, scrape the service, evade limits, or interfere with security or availability. - Business contact data may be collected or shared only where you have a lawful basis and provide any notices required by applicable law. 3. Your content and public pages You retain ownership of content you submit. You give OpSolid a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights to that content. A published or public card is intentionally accessible to its audience. Search engines, recipients and social platforms may retain copies. Privacy and unpublish controls stop future service delivery but cannot recall copies already made by others. 4. User content, direct messages and community safety rules By publishing content or sending a connection request or message, you agree that the content and your use of those functions are governed by these terms. Direct messages are intended for 1:1 communication between the participants in a connection or message request. Do not assume that a recipient will keep content confidential, and do not send personal data or media that you are not entitled to share. Prohibited content includes unlawful material; threats, harassment or hate; sexual exploitation or content involving minors; impersonation; spam, scams or malware; content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or personality rights; and instructions that facilitate violence, abuse or other unlawful conduct. You may report a user, card or message and block another user through the available safety controls, or contact info@opsolid.de. A block limits further interaction; it does not by itself erase content already sent or copies already received. OpSolid may investigate reports and, where reasonably necessary, restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. We may preserve relevant records while a report is investigated or where required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. OpSo does not promise to pre-screen every submission. Where practical and lawful, we will tell an affected account about a material moderation decision. To appeal or provide context, reply through the available support route or email info@opsolid.de. We may keep measures in place while an appeal is reviewed when needed to protect users or the service. 5. Free-only current release and future previews The current release is free-only. OpSo contains no checkout, in-app purchase, paid subscription, renewal, purchase restoration or subscription-management action in this release. Current capabilities and reasonable usage limits are shown in the app. Future plan names, capabilities or prices may appear only as a non-binding "coming soon" preview. A preview has no purchase action, is not an offer or commitment, and cannot charge you. If OpSo later introduces a paid service, its price, billing period, cancellation terms and any applicable store terms will be shown before a separate purchase decision, and these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated as required. 6. Custom domains and third-party services You remain responsible for your domain registration, DNS account and authority to use a hostname. A custom domain becomes active only after ownership, routing and TLS checks succeed. DNS providers, app stores, identity providers and optional integrations have their own terms and availability; OpSolid does not control those independent services. 7. Availability and changes We work to keep OpSo secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, networks and third-party services can cause temporary interruption. We may change features or reasonable usage limits, and will give notice of material changes where required. We will not silently convert a free action into a charge. 8. Suspension and deletion You may stop using OpSo or request account deletion in the app. We may restrict or suspend an account where necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, fraud, abuse or a security risk. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a route to respond. Account deletion, message handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. 9. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product and consumer protections. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical loss. OpSo is not a substitute for your own legally required records, backups or compliance review. 10. Law, changes and contact German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Statutory venues apply. We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons; the version above identifies this exact published document. Questions can be sent to info@opsolid.de.
