Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Mandatory rights and statutory remedies remain unaffected.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability is only possible from the time we learn of a specific infringement, and once we do, we remove the content promptly.
